¾ Acre Urban Organic Produce Farm: A developing commercial farm to provide social entrepreneurship, urban agriculture training and healthy food.
Food preparation for the cafeteria and special events, including the farmer stand.
Functioning small business farm stand that serves local organic produce every Wednesday 1:30-4.
Developing “fablab” or fabrication lab that will house 3D printers, computer aided design routers, CNC cutters and a host of advanced manufacturing tools.
1000 sq. ft. former shooting range on campus that has been converted to a SMART aquaponics production facility where fish are used to grow food.
